Program Overview
In which role do you see yourself? Please roll over the silhouette.
Welcome to a village called earth. In this village even small businesses have to face competition without boundaries. And they need more than just a good product to survive; they also need a sound understanding of their business partner’s culture. This is why the Intercultural Management and Communication Bachelor's Degree course contains components such as economic geography and cultural anthropology, alongside the business and economics modules. But before you go ahead and conquer the world of business, take a look at the program:

Internship
At the end of your Bachelor's Program you will gain practical experience in an internship - three to six months in which you have the opportunity to put your knowledge and enthusiasm to the test under real world conditions – and which may even serve as basis for your Bachelor's thesis. We will help you to find an internship, drawing on our established network of contacts in the business world.

Studying Abroad

How about a semester abroad, for example in Shanghai?
The program is internationally oriented: English is the language of instruction from the 3rd semester and it is mandatory to learn another foreign language, such as Spanish or Arabic. This philosophy bears fruit in the 5th semester at the very latest – in the obligatory semester abroad, during which you will gain credit points at one of our partner universities, e.g. in Honolulu, Dunedin or Leuven. Links to the websites of all of our partner universities can be found in the column on the right.

Project Phases

During your Intercultural Management and Communication studies, you will have to cope with reading a considerable amount of literature, as is the case with every degree program. However, you will be able to apply your knowledge right away! Your professors will regularly involve you and your fellow students in real hands-on projects, e. g. the creation of business plans or strategy analyses.
