After the formal application

What's next?

Once the assessments have shown that your application meets our formal admission requirements, you will be invited to participate in an assessment center.

The Assessment Center

During the one day assessment center you have the opportunity to convince our professors and the representatives from the industry and business life about your talents, skills and motivation for the Master's Program in Leadership. The goal is to get to know you as a person and identify your potential for a challenging managerial function.

The assessment centre comprises written assignments, group discussions, teamwork, presentations and one-to-one interviews. The size of the group does not usually exceed six persons. Applicants are informed on the exact program for the assessment centre in the invitation. The number of admitted students is based on the entry capacity of the study program.

In justified cases applicants from abroad may be asked to participate in an individual Online interview (VoIP) instead of our assessment center.
