DAAD Scholarship Awarded

On 16.09.19 this year's prize of the German Academic Exchange Service was ceremoniously presented to the student Júlia-Eva Géczi. She had qualified for this award through her special commitment in the student representation of the Karlshochschule and through her outstanding academic achievements.

The Karlshochschule congratulates her on this special honour.

Julia is currently studying management at the Karlshochschule in her 4th master's semester. From the very beginning she has contributed to the university in many ways and today she is grateful for all the experiences she has already been able to gain through her commitment:
"I learned it from a young age, that real growth happens only through experiences, when we get hands-on and engage ourselves in various activities. From day one at Karlshochschule, I did not only focus on my studies, but tried to be an active member of the university and help-out and get engaged wherever I could, and these were the best times of my life. Through all the initiatives and volunteer works I did here, I got to meet the most wonderful people, got a glimpse of various beautiful cultures, worked together with great people on great causes, learned the value of team work, coordination, networking, patience, long preparations, and so much more. Charles College has given me the opportunity of a lifetime, and I hope, that during my time here, I got to give something back too. I will always be grateful for my time here!"

Am 16.09.19 wurde der diesjährige Preis des Deutschen Akademischen Austauschdienstes feierlich an die Studentin Júlia-Eva Géczi übergeben. Sie hatte sich durch ihr besonderes Engagement in der Studierendenvertretung der Karlshochschule und durch ihre herausragenden akademischen Leistungen für diese Auszeichnung qualifiziert.

Die Karlshochschule gratuliert herzlich zu dieser besonderen Ehrung.

Julia studiert aktuell im 4. Mastersemester Management an der Karlshochschule. Von Anfang an hat sie sich auf zahlreichen Wegen an der Hochschule eingebracht und heute ist sie dankbar für all die Erfahrungen, die sie durch ihr Engagement bereits sammeln durfte:
