The International Business Program

I imagine that I will have an international career in the future. I want to tap into new markets, develop organizations and assume responsible management functions. I want to understand and analyze economic issues in the international context and to interpret them with a view to their cultural background. Scientific theories, principles and methods will help me to act in appropriately and effectively for my business, but also to act responsibly.
The specialization area in "intercultural management" will allow me to understand the intercultural dimension of entrepreneurial actions in the context of markets and marketing as well as human resources management. I will also explore the ethical foundations of these actions and the specifics of intercultural communication in management. In the "marketing" specialization area, I will develop competencies that enable me to open up new markets and develop and implement target-oriented marketing concepts, taking into account international and intercultural aspects. The specialization area in "responsible business" involves exploring questions related to the sustainable use of resources in different cultural and political contexts.

Karlshochschule opens up a whole new, exciting world with each module in the International Business program. When I look at the module overview, I discover how the contents of my studies are logically interconnected, thereby revealing International Business to me as an overarching whole:
