You want to understand how identity and social structures are connected, how organizations influence people and how we can influence organizations, what challenges diversity brings and how we tackle change in a way that brings people along?

"Social Psychology: Management, Organization, Counseling" suits for everyone who later wants to work in these fields:

Personnel management and development, team management (non-profit or for-profit), change management, counseling and coaching, conflict management

Note: This degree does not fulfill any prerequisites to enter professional/clinical therapy.
