Info Days at Karls and online
At our Info Days you have the opportunity to learn more about the study program you’re interested in and the university.
You can chat with students, for example about their everyday life, the city of Karlsruhe, the practical semester or their experiences abroad. That way you get a first impression of what it is like to study at the Karls. Furthermore, you are able ask all questions about the application process.
Info Days take place regularly at our campus in Karlsruhe or online.
Please pick the most convenient date for you on the following registration form – we are looking forward to seeing you!
If you have any questions about studying at the Karls beforehand, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
More information on how to participate at our Info Days can be found in the FAQ at the bottom of this page – you will receive further instructions after your registration.
FAQ about online Info Days
All you need is a computer, smartphone or tablet with a camera and microphone, and a stable Internet connection.
Just like for our online classes, we use the Microsoft Teams platform for Karl's 360°.
You do not need any special software for your participation (works via the respective browser), however, it is recommended to download the desktop version of Microsoft Teams in advance. Before the start we will send you a confirmation mail with a link, which you only have to click.
In order for us to add you to the team sessions, we need to set up an account in teams, for which we need your email and name. We will send you the access data electronically.
In this case, please check the spam folder of your email program to see if the mail has gone there.
As usual at Karlshochschule International University, Karls 360° will communicate mostly in English.
Our aim is to give you a vivid impression of how it feels to study at "Karls", as we call our university.
You will not only meet professors and students of the study programs you are interested in, but you will also meet our admissions team and can ask questions about your application.
The best way is to have a look at our Bachelor's programs and prepare concrete questions you have for us.
If you want to participate in all sessions, you should plan on about three hours. You can find the exact times in the program.
Your microphone should always be switched off so that no background noise is transmitted audibly to everyone. Of course, you can activate the microphone again if you want to ask questions at the end. If you prefer to remain anonymous during the experience, you can also switch off your camera.
