As a scientist, I would like to work in a University that doesn't wear blinders.

It should be a place where colleagues from different disciplines can openly engage and inspire each other and work in an inter- and transdisciplinary fashion. I am part of a scientific community, where we are questioning, deconstructing and rethinking traditional concepts or conventional theories, while simultaneously contributing to creating and developing new ones.

When I co-organise or attend a conference here, I know all participants will experience inspirational presentations and contentious debates. Even more, I will encounter and work with people who think differently and imaginatively. We all take new perspectives on processes and possibilities for an integral ‘transFormation’ of society, economy and organisations as well as communities and individuals.
