This degree program is for students who believe that people are at the center and want to learn more about how people perceive themselves and the world around them, how they behave, interact and change the world. Here students can acquire practical skills in management and psychology (without focusing on psychological therapy). Students should be curious about how we interact and how we think. If you find it exciting to find people-centered solutions to major challenges for organizations, to resolve conflicts and to develop teams – this is the right place for you. These skills will open up many perspectives in advising people and developing organizations and market strategies.
