Management (M.A.)

The Master in Management is aimed at Bachelor graduates who have the goal of taking on management roles in companies. The profile of this Master’s program is its interdisciplinarity. Students are given the opportunity to develop new perspectives on aspects of entrepreneurial activity (e.g. in the areas of governance, customer approach, innovation, controlling) through various academic approaches. The program is supplemented by modules that promote students’ leadership skills and by certificate courses that teach practical skills relating to current challenges (e.g. diversity management, digital transformation).

Degree: Master (M.A.)

The course is structured with study days from Thursday to Saturday so that students can work in companies at the same time. Basic business knowledge is a prerequisite for this course, but this can also be acquired in a pre-master’s course.

The main subjects of the program are management as culture, controlling, analysis of companies, norms, rules and rituals of leadership, strategic practice, innovation projects, transformation, but also various practical modules on leadership

Opportunities for employment in management positions in a wide range of areas from personnel development, marketing, operational management, project management, corporate development and consulting to company foundation and management.
