Karlshochschule International University
Karlshochschule International University meets or exceeds the rigorous requirements of the following accreditation bodies and is officially recognized and authorized to award Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
System accreditation
System accreditation was granted without conditions by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) on April 13, 2015. System accreditation by an external agency (FIBAA) enables Karlshochschule to accredit its own degree programs through an internal process involving an external panel of experts. Since the 2015 system accreditation, all of Karlshochschule’s degree programs have undergone this accreditation process. Pursuant to a decision by the Accreditation Council of the Foundation for the Accreditation of Study Programmes dated March 31, 2023, Karlshochschule International University has been re-accredited until March 31, 2030.
Accreditation by the German Council of Science and Humanities
Karlshochschule has been state-recognized by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Science since 2005.
Through institutional accreditation, the German Council of Science and Humanities ensures that a non-state higher education institution is capable of delivering teaching and research performance that meets recognized academic standards. This process is designed to safeguard both academic performance and the effective functioning of the institution’s internal quality control system.
