Structure and Content

In the International Business degree program, students acquire comprehensive management skills. They begin with an introduction to management, deepen their knowledge of strategic issues and then learn how to use financial and human resources sensibly and efficiently. Students then learn to monitor the results of companies – and to initiate change processes. At the same time, students learn about the challenges facing international organizations and the global economy.

After completing their studies, students are able to analyze and interpret economic processes in an international context using scientific theories, principles and methods. They can specialize in international marketing, intercultural and diverse teams, international sustainability or logistics. In the advanced course of study, students have the opportunity to specialize in a specific region of the world (e.g. Latin America, Anglo-America, South East Asia, Middle East). You will learn practical skills in numerous projects and an internship, which can also be completed abroad. During your semester abroad, you can specialize at one of our partner universities.
